Why We Started IWE
Indian Women Era was born from a simple observation — there are thousands of incredibly talented Indian women building businesses, leading teams, creating art, and offering services, yet many remain invisible outside their immediate circles.
We noticed that existing networking platforms often felt transactional, overwhelming, or simply not designed with women's professional realities in mind. Women needed a space that understood the nuances — the juggling of roles, the hesitation to self-promote, the desire for genuine connection over superficial networking.
So we built IWE — a platform that puts visibility first. Where your work speaks before your pitch does. Where connections start with shared understanding, not cold outreach. Where women can discover each other's businesses, celebrate each other's wins, and genuinely help each other grow.
